Chef Michael Feker's love of cooking infused his life at a young age and he entered the California Culinary Academy to pursue his passion, where he was taught in the classical French style.
In the late 1980s and early 90s, Feker worked with renowned chefs at a number of upscale restaurants before opening his own restaurant in Los Angeles.
In 1997, an opportunity brought him to Wisconsin where he has remained, enjoying the beauty and pace of life in the Midwest.
Now, as owner and executive chef of the Il Mito Group, he has the freedom to execute his enthusiasm for cooking.
Most recently, Feker's passion for food and life have brought him to his latest venture of his cooking school, where he can share his knowledge and passion for food with others.
